I know you’re all waiting for the Apple Briefs review of OmniFocus that is sure to appear Any Day Now^TM. Actually, as I stated previously, I am waiting until Things is feature complete because I plan to do a comparison review (or, more likely, a series of reviews) and I want it to be a fair comparison. In the meantime, you can head on over to The Omni Group blog to check out a new video on OmniFocus Basics. There are no big GTD secrets in the video, but it does cover the basic features of OmniFocus well.

My Future Plans

I am excited to announce that I will be joining my wife's estate planning and elder law practice in Naperville, Illinois (a suburb of Chicago) sometime in early 2010. The firm has been a great success so far, and I look forward to being a part of taking it to the next level.

My short-term goals for the firm are to help the firm expand into a few new estate planning niches and to expand the use of technology for marketing, client service, and the client experience

As I get involved in the process, I should have a lot more to say about using Macs in a law office (and, if all goes well, more time to say it).
